Don’t you just love this beautiful Bumble Bee themed party we set up and styled for busy little bee Rubey? Mommy Beat wanted a soft pastel yellow and blue colour scheme and I absolutely love how it turned out!
MY PERSONAL FAVOURITE ELEMENTS WERE:
- the beautiful backdrop printed by Memory Wall Creations (StarJamforKids supplied the whimsical water colour artwork and I did the graphic design)
- the adorable sugar cookies by Cookies & Treats by C
- the delicious honeycomb cupcakes and macarons
- the pretty honeycomb party boxes, handmade by yours truly
- and last but not least the cutest little birthday girl and her equally adorable big brother!
Other noteworthy decor items included the quaint but rustic children’s tables and chairs handmade by the guys from Railways Cafe, the hexagon honeycomb placemats laser cut especially for me by The Geekest and the pretty wooden plinths and cloud side table hand crafted by Bonkibanki Woodcraft. Thank you guys!
Additional eats & treats included chocolate lollipops, sweets in apothecary jars and chocolate dipped meringues as well as yummy glazed Krispy Kreme doughnuts.
To drink we served refreshing homemade lemonade in a honeycomb drinks dispenser and delicious banana flavoured milk, the birthday girl’s favourite!
The adults enjoyed some of our delicious Gourmet Snack Platters.
