  • We send parcels nationwide via courier, costs can only be confirmed on completion of order as it is determined by the weight and dimensions of the parcel
  • We are based in Rooihuiskraal, Centurion and operate in a radius of approximately 40km
  • Delivery to anywhere in Centurion is FREE for orders above R500.00 and a delivery/collection fee of R4.84/km (prescribed AA Rate for 2024/2025) applies for areas located outside of Centurion
  • non-refundable, non-transferable security deposit of R1000.00 as well as a completed Book Your Event form is required to secure the date for an event, no tentative bookings can be accepted
  • Payment of the security deposit of R1000.00 confirms the acceptance of The Fine Print
  • The outstanding balance is payable strictly before delivery/date of the event
  • Final number of guests and selections (where applicable) to be confirmed in writing 7 business days prior to the event
  • The number of guests confirmed will be invoiced and catered for
  • Certain ingredients are seasonal and subject to availability and will be replaced by a suitable alternative
  • Quotations are valid for 30 days
  • EFT payment is preferred but cash and credit cards are also accepted
  • Every effort is made to supply quality products however slight deviation in size, colour and material is to be expected as all our products are handmade
  • No responsibility for damage to goods can be taken when delivered via courier
  • Quotes are based on current raw material costs and are subject to change without prior notice
  • No returns or refunds
  • Prices exclude cutlery, crockery, glassware, tables or chairs unless specified
  • Please clean and prepare the event area by supplying suitable table/s as well as shade/cover prior to our arrival
  • It takes approximately 2 to 4 hours to set up and style an event, please keep this in mind when booking a venue for your event
  • No responsibility for damage to goods due to weather conditions eg rain, wind, heat or sun can be taken when setting up and styling events outdoors
  • A refundable breakage deposit of 10% (or a minimum of R500.00) is payable on all rented goods
  • All rented goods should be returned to us clean and in good order
  • All rented goods will be collected in the week after the event
  • Should rented goods be returned to us dirty, a once off cleaning fee of R100.00 will be deducted from the refundable breakage deposit
  • If an event is held at a venue all rented goods should be taken home after the party, don’t leave any goods at the venue
  • All broken/missing/damaged items will be charged for at replacement cost
  • The refundable breakage deposit will be refunded via EFT once all goods are received clean and in good order
  • On the day of the event all goods will be delivered, set up and styled
  • Some of the food items require assembly on site, access to a fully equipped kitchen facility is therefore essential
  • Our services do not include entertainment, waiter or bar service or cleaning up after the event
  • We don’t have a standard range and we don’t keep any stock, each event is custom designed and each item is handmade on order
