Estee asked for a mermaid party for her 6th birthday celebration and I was happy to oblige! I just love planning and executing her parties each year!
This time around we set up and styled a Mini Eats & Treats Table at their lovely home in Pretoria. Estee’s mommy baked a beautiful cake and her daddy filled the swimming pool with inflatables for a fun day in the water, mermaid style!
MY PERSONAL FAVOURITE ELEMENTS WERE:
- the cutest tuna mayonnaise croissant crabs complete with googly eyes!
- the treasure chest filled with sea shells, jewels and treasures
- the marshmallow Rice Crispies treats starfish in a starfish bowl
- the glittery gold mermaid tails on the party favour bags
- and chatting to little Estee about all the parties I have done for her before! She remembers them all!
Apart from the croissants and Rice Crispies treats we also served salted and caramel popcorn, candy necklaces, gummy sharks and sugar ribbon “seaweed” and bottled water.
The golden letters with blue diamantes were left over from Estee’s Shimmer & Shine party from last year and they worked perfectly well for this theme as well!
