For Sinaye’s 1st Bee-day mommy Mathebe wanted a soft, classic Winnie the Pooh party theme with a pastel blue, yellow and white colour scheme with a touch of greenery.
Initially I wasn’t sure where to start but once the creative juices started flowing I was on a roll! I enjoyed every second of planning this party and I think it turned out beautifully!
We set up and styled a Designer Eats & Treats Table combined with Children’s Party Seating to create this beautiful setting for a special celebration at home.
MY PERSONAL FAVOURITE ELEMENTS WERE:
- the adorable classic Winnie the Pooh backdrop printed by Memory Wall Creations
- the most beautiful wooden tables and chairs made especially for me by the artists at Railways Cafe, please do check them out, they do amazing work!
- the adorable cloud side table handmade by Bonkibanki Woodcraft
- they honeycomb placemats laser cut by The Geekest
- and the adorable bumble bee cupcake toppers made by Prettynice!
We only served sweet treats which included cupcakes, caramel popcorn, cake pops, macarons, cookies and doughnuts as well as chocolate lollipops, vanilla custard and sweets in apothecary jars! It is a party after all! 🙂
To drink we served delicious bubblegum flavoured milk and homemade lemonade in a gorgeous beehive drinks dispenser.
Each little guest received a pretty Winnie the Pooh box filled with treats to take home.
