Aquaman is all the rage right now and needless to say, I was super happy when mommy Faren asked me to set up and style an Aquaman themed eats & treats table for her son, Rylen.

I am a huge fan of superhero movies myself and literally everything about this table made me happy but…

MY PERSONAL FAVOURITE ELEMENTS WERE:

  • the aqua lemonade in fish bowls on a bed of sea sand
  • the delicious vanilla cupcakes decorated with sea sand coconut cookie crumbs and chocolate shells
  • the awesome treasure chest party favour boxes filled with treats for each little guest to take home
  • chatting to the charming and helpful young Rylan while setting up his party table
  • and definitely Jason Momoa… enough said!

Additional noteworthy decor items included a treasure chest filled with treasures, sea shells, starfish, driftwood and fish nets as well as Rylan’s name in wooden letters decorated with sea sand!

For lunch we served fish nuggets and crisps in tins, avocado maki in bamboo boats and popcorn to snack on.

Additional sweet treats included gummy fish, gold chocolate coins, chocolate lollipops and green seaweed sugar ribbons as well as rock candy coral.
