I loved every little detail of this intimate Woodlands Baby Shower eats & treats table we set up and styled for mommy to be Corli! Due to the strict restrictions on gatherings only a handful of special guests were invited to celebrate little Emilia’s arrival. It was very special indeed. 🙂
Corli’s mom hosted the baby shower at their beautiful home in Centurion.
MY PERSONAL FAVOURITE ELEMENTS WERE:
- the dainty and delicious roast chicken pancakes tied with fresh chives
- all the fresh and fragrant herbs
- the eucalyptus backdrop on the wooden frame, it was magical, it also smelled wonderful!
- the bite sized pecan nut pies
- and lastly, the pretty and yummy Smoked Salmon Blinis which we made for the first time using Jamie Oliver‘s recipe!
Apart from the roast chicken pancakes and smoked salmon blinis we also served smoked chicken wraps and camembert & cranberry tartlets with fresh thyme and roast beef open sandwiches as well as trail mix to snack on!
The sweet treats included delicious and decadent chocolate fudge brownies, melktert phyllo parcels and cute little acorn cake pops!
We decorated the table with some of my bunnies and rabbits (I have a huge collection and it’s growing all the time)! We also used some tree trunk cupcake stands, beautiful wooden boards and other woodlands elements like pine cones for that woodlands l
Looking for a baby shower for about 25 people. Looking for a one stop shop, food, decor, cake etc. Baby shower will be hosted at our estate clubhouse in Kosmosdal Centurion.
